MJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tampa, along with postgraduate degrees in Special Education, School District Administration, and Information and Library Science. He brings over 35 years of experience in public education, having served as a 5th-grade teacher, IT Director, and librarian in Orange County Schools. His background reflects a deep commitment to service, analytical thinking, and attention to detail—qualities that now guide his work in real estate appraisals. In addition to appraisal training, MJ is skilled in creating accurate floor plans to support comprehensive property reports.
A North Carolina resident for more than 30 years, MJ lives in Hillsborough with his son and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors and values opportunities to connect and socialize with peers in both professional and community settings.
